VITAS is a tech startup that offers a software-as-a-service platform for AI-based phone assistants. Using the VITAS platform, companies of any industry and size can configure their own virtual telephone assistant within 15 minutes - autonomously and without any prior technical knowledge. Then the AI-based assistant answers incoming calls automatically and provides the information extracted from the conversation in a structured way with all individually required data, e.g. name, customer number or a description of the request. Appointments can even be scheduled completely automatically. This way, hundreds of companies are already relieved enormously, without having to invest resources in long-term projects in advance.
