Is access to all stages included in my ticket?

The exhibition ticket includes access to the Masterclasses stages only.

Both the exhibition and conference ticket and the VIP ticket include access to all stages.

What can I do if I have a ticket but cannot attend the Service Summit?

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Send an email to info@servicesummit.de with the name, position, company address and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.

Does my ticket include food and drink?

Yes, your ticket includes all food and beverages at the event.

Do I have to print out my ticket or is the digital ticket sufficient for on-site registration?

No need to print your ticket, just have your digital ticket ready in the Service Summit app for onsite registration.

Can I split a two-day ticket between two people?

No, a two-day ticket is valid for one person on both days and cannot be split.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, send an email to info@servicesummit.de with the name, position, company address and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.

How do I get to Cruise Center Steinwerder?

By car, our shuttle or public transport bus to the stop "Argentinienbr├╝cke".

Where can I find the hotel recommendations?

Is there a checkroom and can I leave my luggage there?

Yes, there is a checkroom and the possibility to leave your jacket and luggage (suitcase, travel bag, etc.) there free of charge.

Is there parking near the event?

Yes, there is parking right next to the location.
Parking is limited, so we recommend arriving by shuttle/taxi.

22.11.: 8:30
23.11.: 9:00

Is there an event app?

Yes, there is the Service Summit App that is available to all attendees.

To log in, you will need the ticket ID located on your Service Summit ticket.

Will there be an evening programme?

After the stage programme on 22.11., the Service Summit AFTERSHOW LOUNGE will start, including food, drinks, DJ and beer pong.

Where can I find the floor plan?

You will find the stand plan in the Service Summit App and on the website approx. 4 weeks before the event.

Are the presentations in German or English?

The program of the Service Summit is mainly in German.

Is there wifi on site?

Yes, there is free wifi on site for all participants.

When can exhibitors enter the location?

All information will be sent by email to our exhibitor contact persons about 5 weeks before the event. If you have any questions that are not listed in the exhibitor information, please contact Dorina at dorina.mielke@servicesummit.de.

When is the set-up and dismantling time?

Is there a live stream?

No. The Service Summit is an attendance-only event.

Where can I find the event photos?

You can find a selection of event photos in our press section.

Will the presentations of the lectures be uploaded?

Yes, the majority of the presentations and talks will be uploaded to our website afterwards and will be available for download.

Will the event presentations be recorded and how can I access them?

Yes, the majority of the presentations will be recorded and published on our YouTube channel afterwards.

Where can I find the photos of the photo wall?

You can find the photos of the photo wall in the download section of the Service Summit website.

How can I contact other participants before and at the Service Summit?

You can chat with everyone at the event via the Service Summit app.

How can I make appointments at the Service Summit?

Here you can make appointments with our partners.

Through the Service Summit app, you can contact all participants and make appointments directly.

How can I network with participants?

With the Service Summit app, you can scan the QR code on attendees' tickets and you'll be connected to them directly through the app.
