Yannick Callegari provides digital queuing expertise to ServiceOcean AG as an Account Executive. The ServiceOcean software is setting new standards since 2013 by using behavioral science and data analytics to help service centers avoiding hang-ups and redialers, putting them on the path to 100% availability with a strong cost advantage. Having seen both sides of the insurance industry, Yannick brings expertise from his time as a distributor and consultant to insurance companies. When he's not in customer dialogue, you'll probably find him in running gear on the streets of Cologne.
