Vicky Giourga (53) heads the newly founded Customer Experience Lab at gevekom as Managing Director. With over 20 years of experience in customer service for various industries, she has extensive expertise in management positions. Most recently, she held several management roles in the call centre industry. Together with her team, Vicky wants to make a real difference in the technological
customer service. She loves the innovative and emotional corporate culture at gevekom and is passionate about developing new, creative solutions in customer service.
