30 years’ experience in call centres and management, 10 of which were spent in a managerial role at a call centre partner; she has been with Tchibo for 19 years in various management positions, including a long stint as a partner manager and contract manager, as well as an implementation manager for call centre partners. She currently holds the role of Head of Operations; this team comprises process analysts, quality assurance support staff and an in-house unit.
