Timmy Genz's workstyle of "Empowering Personal Responsibility" can be succinctly described. 

 

For 28 years, he has dedicated himself to FMCG sales, gaining extensive experience across various functions, from Key Account to Sales Management, up to his current position as Head of Field Sales. 

In his current role, he is responsible for extending marketing campaigns at the point of sale and increasing purchase actions. He achieves this with an agile hybrid sales field force (27 internal employees and an external agency). 

In leadership, Timmy promotes the adoption of personal responsibility, fostering a positive error-culture,.  coupled with a collaborative approach between departments and modern digitalization. 

He embodies openness and prioritizes change without losing sight of the human element.
