Thorve Räker is responsible for Customer Support in EMEA at Artivion, a fast-growing manufacturer of innovative solutions for the treatment of patients with aortic diseases. The Customer Service at Artivion is decentralised and has eight European teams, each with three to six employees. Collaboration, focussing on results, internal and external customer orientation and a culture of daily development are the cornerstones of Artivion.
