The ServiceOcean-software is setting new standards since 2013 using behavioral science and data analytics to help service centers avoid hang-ups and re-dialers on the way to 100% handled calls whilst lowering costs. Before, Svenja had the opportunity to expand and prove her software-skills in an international company. When not talking to clients, you can probably find her on her bike or walking her dog in the streets of cologne.
