Over the past years, Stephan Mugele has held various roles in national and international companies – particularly within the financial and investment sector – where he was responsible for process optimization and digital transformation, always in connection with broader business and organizational change. He is passionate about developing technical solutions together with people – customers as well as employees – to achieve the best possible outcome. As Executive Director Customer Service & Operations at SCHUFA Holding, he is responsible for SCHUFA’s customer service organization. In this role, he combines clear operational leadership with digital transformation to make processes simpler, more efficient, and more customer‑focused. Collaboration at eye level and measurable impact that moves the organization forward are especially important to him.
