Liam van der Viven studied computer science and business while still in high school. During his studies, he became one of the youngest developers in Germany to work for Amazon’s digital division (AWS). There, he learned to combine technical excellence with a deep customer focus—a combination that now forms the foundation of botBrains. Together with his team, Liam develops a platform that makes AI agents accessible to companies, helping service teams improving customer experience while keeping or lowering headcount.
