Sören Weiss is working in different roles in IT sector for 10 years.
He is a team lead for customer success management since 2022. In that role Sören deals with different operational challenges as well as claim management and leading his country wide team in Germany. Sören deals with customers from different areas of business i.a. chemical-, retail- and logistics industry.

He is convinced that customer satisfaction in combination with personal customer interaction are the keys to each company’s success.
