Sebastian Klenk is a technology consultant for customer service solutions at Microsoft. He has been engaging with trend-setting technologies in the IT industry for more than a decade. In the customer service environment, he focuses on digitalization topics such as chatbots, self-service solutions and artificial intelligence. Before joining Microsoft, he worked for several years as a software developer in the areas of enterprise content management and business intelligence.
