Saramena Meier-Sauthoff

Saramena is 36 years young and has a doctorate in agricultural economics and has been working in energy supply since 2018. Since 2022, she has been Head of Customer Service at enercity, one of the leading energy service providers in northern Germany. Her strength lies in making complex topics understandable and creating stability in a dynamic market. With a lot of empathy and an open ear, she focuses on customer service that feels really good for customers. Together with her team, she integrates innovative approaches, such as the use of AI, to continuously improve the service.
