Herr Rouven Gehrmann
ACO
Rouven Gehrmann is 34 years old and has been with ACO since 2019. Since 2023, he has led the Customer Sales Service Germany. With over ten years of leadership experience, he has successfully brought together teams and business units. Together with his 85-person team, he actively shapes customer service with a forward-looking approach.
Rouven and his team operate with a strong focus on revenue and customer satisfaction. They promote teamwork, employee development, and drive digitalization and innovation. Technologies such as AI-based co-pilot systems and automation solutions are already being used in the order process alongside traditional channels like EDI – and they work reliably and effectively in practice.
Currently, the team is working on the full integration of automated quotation processes: from the initial request in the CSM system, through the scanning and processing of specifications, to the co-pilot and into the ERP system. The clear goal is to establish these solutions company-wide by 2025. A great opportunity to rethink how teams are deployed in the future. Rouven will speak about this on the Main Stage in his talk “Sales Teams in Transition: New Horizons” – with a clear focus on evolving roles, higher quality, and genuine customer proximity.
