As a passionate B2B executive, he views the strategic alignment of sales and marketing as a key lever for global success. He brings extensive leadership experience from global industrial organizations, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and service excellence. Throughout his career, Philipp has successfully led the transformation of both direct and indirect sales organizations, delivering measurable performance improvements and strengthening customer-centric business models. His focus lies in the digital transformation of sales structures and the creation of agile, customer-focused organizations. He combines deep expertise in developing traditional offline channels (direct and dealer sales) with modern online excellence in e-commerce and service sectors. Prior to joining GEA in April 2026, he held senior leadership roles at KION Group AG, as well as positions at Jungheinrich and SIXT.
