As Head of Customer Experience & DevOps, Nick Rostalski and his team are responsible for Tchibo MOBIL's conventional and digital customer service. Nick has been working in various positions at the joint venture, which belongs to Tchibo and Telef├│nica, since 2008. In his role as Chief Product Owner, he has set up Tchibo MOBIL digital very flexibly and expanded the service in 2024 with the careful introduction of Voice AI. Nick and his team are also breaking new ground in traditional customer service with 2 near-shore locations. The telecommunication magazine connect has once again confirmed that the measures have been well received by customers with a VERY GOOD rating.
