Business from the Heart

Psychologist Katja Rossel has been working internationally in the coaching and training industry for over 20 years. She specializes in training courses on "Appreciative Communication" for managers, "People Reading" and "Selling with Heart" for the self-employed and sales. In her podcast "Business from the Heart", she introduces entrepreneurs, professionals and entrepreneurs. Because women empowerment is close to her heart, she founded networking groups for solo self-employed women in Europe and the USA in 2007. She is a mentor for young women at the "Girls Gearing Up" leadership academy and a member of the "Mission Female" network. In 2023 she was awarded "Trainer of the Year" by the European Trainer Alliance.
