As Head of Customer Service Energy Networks, Kai Fischer is responsible for the care of approximately 1,000,000 grid customers and energy suppliers of LEW Verteilnetz GmbH in Augsburg, Bavaria. In this field he is driving forward a comprehensive transformation, significantly influenced by the German energy transition, changing customer needs, and technological developments in customer service. Kai has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry as well as in designing and measuring service processes.
