Kai Braband began his career in the technology space, has been accompanying technological developments in customer contact for several decades. Since 2014, he has been using his experience to help customers improve their service processes with Salesforce. A particular focus here is on the integration of interaction channels.
He is based in Erfurt, Germany, Kai is a Principal, Specialist Solution engineer. His key focus is delivering transformational customer experience solutions for enterprises using Salesforce.
