Jörg Kleinz is co-founder and managing director of LINK2AI GmbH and has spent three decades in AI — and on the question of how software becomes trustworthy enough for companies that cannot afford AI surprises. A computer scientist by training and former researcher at a Fraunhofer institute, he co-founded a pioneering knowledge-graph company and led it for more than twenty years as managing director and CTO, through to its acquisition in 2020. With the product LINK2AI.Trust, he now focuses on the trust gap in customer-facing AI: chatbots and AI assistants must be tested systematically before go-live and safeguarded in production, so that companies can deploy AI applications to their customers with measurable, repeatable evidence.
