Since 1997, she has focused her sales activities in Germany on supporting customers in introducing a modern CX solution. Jennifer Alves has over 20 years of experience in solution sales, including solutions from Siebel, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and, since 2016, Salesforce.
In addition to her professional and technological expertise in the field of customer journey and customer experience management, she has a high level of social competence and is committed to the organizations Net4tec, PLAN International and is passionate about Mission Female.
