Since 1997, she has focused her sales efforts in Germany on helping customers implement modern CX solutions. Jennifer Alves, VP Head of Salesforce at NTT DATA Deutschland Se, has over 25 years of experience in solution sales, including solutions from Siebel, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and, since 2016, Salesforce.
In addition to her technical and technological expertise in customer journey and customer experience management, she has strong social skills and is involved in the organisations Net4tec, JOBLINGE, Inspiring GIRLS and is passionate about She'sClub.
