He is passionate about solving complex challenges by combining technology with real business needs. 
His background in data analytics, machine learning and process design has given him the tools to work in a wide range of roles from consultant to service designer. 
Jan's drive is to help organisations find practical and effective solutions that make a real difference.
He is currently focusing on the area of customer service in organisations. He wants to improve this by introducing an adaptive assistant platform and streamlining processes.
He enjoys working at the interface between people, data and technology. Clear communication is just as important to him as technical expertise.
