With a keen understanding of both technology and operations, he bridges the gap between real-world service experience and cutting-edge CRM architecture. Before his tenure at DIA, Ingmar held pivotal Pre Sales roles at Salesforce and Zendesk, contributing to their success in delivering innovative customer engagement solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as a Principal Technical Account Manager at Genesys and as a Senior Consultant for Portfolio Management and Sales Support at brightONE (formerly Tieto Deutschland GmbH, now infinit.cx).
