Henryk Jaskowiak, in his role as Head of CRM, is responsible for the Hoffmann CRM system and brings over 12 years of experience in the CRM field. Together with his cross-functional team of process experts and technical CRM specialists, he drives the strategic and hands-on development of the system. His goal is to make customer service sustainably more efficient through intelligent processes and technical excellence, while simultaneously creating a platform for seamless digital collaboration.
