Gregor Hufenreuter has more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales operations at US and German software providers and has been an operating partner at the Munich-based private equity firm Armira since October 2025. Previously, he was Country Manager for DACH and CEE at the American software manufacturer HubSpot since 2017, where he led the opening of the Berlin office and was responsible for the company's expansion in the DACH region until early 2025. Before joining HubSpot, he held management positions at SugarCRM in Munich as Director of Corporate Sales EMEA and at other technology companies such as Trademob GmbH, zanox, and eleven GmbH.
