Saramena is 37 years old agricultural economist and has been working in energy supply for 7,5 years. Since 2022, she has been Head of Customer Service at enercity, one of the leading energy service providers in northern Germany. Her strength lies in making complex topics understandable and creating stability even in a dynamic market. Highly empathic and with a hands-on mentality, she stands for a customer service that feels really good for customers and that creates added value for the company. Together with her team, she integrates innovative approaches, such as the use of AI or cross-functional collaborations, in order to continue to make service and sales-after-service processes excellent.
