Daniela has over 20 years of experience, including in the areas of marketing communications, marketing services, campaign management, and CRM.

At PAYBACK, she is responsible for the operational implementation of customer-focused marketing processes and initiatives - both digital and analog - as well as for customer service. In this role, she also oversees outsourcing and vendor management.
