Daniela Amann is responsible for the Service and Customer Management division at vivida bkk. This division includes all units involved in customer service, as well as document management and advancing customer contact channels and customer service. Her goal is not only to provide optimal advice to customers across all contact channels but also to inspire them to become enthusiastic promoters. To achieve this, she collaborates with 14 service points nationwide. An effective complaint management system and the incorporation of positive customer feedback are key success factors in this process.
