Since the beginning of 2024, Claudia Müller has been a Team Leader in Customer Service, where she is responsible for leading and coordinating her team. As early as 2018, she has been contributing her expertise as a Digital Scout to drive digital initiatives within the company and actively shape its digital transformation. With a solid background in customer service, she has a deep understanding of customer needs and is committed to optimizing both service and digital processes.
