Since 2021, Christine Waitl has been responsible for 3rd Support at E.ON Germany within B2C Customer Service, shaping it with her determination and the goal of making every customer experience a great experience for the customer. From November, she will take over as Head of Service Provider & Call Centre Management.
She is convinced that service is an inner attitude. Every customer has a different expectation of service with always the same result - satisfaction. Her motivation is to meet every customer where they are and offer them the best service across all channels. Her commitment is reflected in various projects, such as the current introduction of a customer-channel concern matrix.
