Bernd Guske (born in 1974) has more than 25 years of experience in managing customer service units in national and international organizations.

He has held management positions at E-Plus Mobilfunk, D+S 360°, the buw group of companies, and Unitymedia, among others, with responsibility for service teams at various locations and in home office structures.

Since 2020, Bernd Guske has been Head of Customer Operations at Deutsche Glasfaser Service Operations & Analytics. This includes the development and management of effective outsourcing strategies (including nearshoring and offshoring), the use of innovative service solutions with a focus on AI, workforce management, intra-day management, business analysis and reporting, as well as the operational management of multi-channel/omnichannel platforms and sales-in-service. His focus is on simple and fast processes for Deutsche Glasfaser customers.
