With more than a decade of experience in leadership, consulting, and solution architecture roles at KPMG, EY, and the Bechtle Group, Benedikt helps organizations navigate CRM, customer service, and AI transformation initiatives. His focus is on translating technology into measurable business value and enabling the successful adoption of modern Microsoft solutions.
