Ann-Katrin Benning has been working in various Supply Chain areas in the FMCG industry during the last 10 years, more precisely at Nestlé.

Since 2022 she is a team leader in Customer Service and deals with daily operational challenges, digital process improvement and the leadership of her team. The responsible customer spectrum ranges from classic food retailers, e-commerce to specialized retailers for pet food.

She firmly believes that excellent customer service is the key to the success of a company.
