She has successfully led cross-functional teams in customer service transformation and operating model optimisation at Volkswagen, Nissan, and Jaguar Land Rover across more than 120 markets worldwide.
Together with global and local teams, she has driven large-scale customer care and aftersales programmes, implemented consistent service standards while adapting them to regional realities, and pioneered Generative AI technical support solutions that strengthened retailer capabilities and elevated customer experiences globally.
With deep cross-cultural insight gained in Brazil, Germany, Japan, and the UK, Andrea focuses on aligning diverse teams around a shared vision, balancing global consistency with necessary local adjustments to deliver outstanding and unified customer service in complex international environments.
