Adeline Gogosanu has been familiar with the field of customer service for 30 years.

In her professional career, she has held several positions in different industries, remaining loyal to Customer Service most of the time. Her experience and expertise in sales and event management gave her a different perspective on customer management.

She has been a manager since 2017 and moved from the sporting goods industry to Siemens in April 2023. Here she is Head of a Customer Dispatching Service department at Smart Infrastructure. Customer Service at Siemens is also undergoing change, with influencing factors such as digitalisation in service provision, the introduction of new tools and AI presenting Adeline and her team with new challenges and putting previous working methods to the test.
