Adeline has more than 25 years of experience in customer service and has held leadership positions in international companies for over eight years. During this time, she has built teams, guided transformation processes, and placed a strong emphasis on modern leadership culture. As the founder of Business Perlen, she now supports working women—whether employed, in leadership roles, self-employed, mothers, or over 50—in their personal and professional development. Her goal is to help women reconnect with their authenticity, so they no longer feel the need to adapt or disguise themselves in their jobs, but instead position themselves clearly and authentically.
