As the founder of the women’s community Business Perlen, she now supports working women — whether employed, in leadership positions, self-employed, mothers, or over 50 — in their personal and professional development. Her mission is to help women reconnect with their authenticity and clarity, so they don’t feel the need to adapt or perform in their professional lives, but can position themselves with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
