Sophie Masurat is Head of Product Management at Ströer X, where she has specialised in digital transformation and the design of innovative products that meaningfully connect people and technology, a focus she has pursued since 2018. Her work currently centres on contact centre solutions and optimizing digital customer interactions to measurably enhance the customer experience. She is particularly fascinated by artificial intelligence – for its potential to empower and connect people, as well as the responsibility to consider its ethical and societal implications.
