She places particular emphasis on agile development and deliberately focuses on pragmatic, iteratively improvable approaches rather than complete perfection at the outset.
Together with Daniel Friedrichs from TP, she is on stage and reports on a real customer experience for which Agentic AI was used to create a system that promotes presence and strengthens relationships.
