Markus Ring is an expert in customer experience and artificial intelligence with many years of experience in the SaaS industry. Since 2025, he has been Director of AI Transformation at Cognigy in Düsseldorf, where he provides strategic and technical support to companies in designing scalable, AI-based customer experiences. Previously, he gained extensive experience in various positions at Genesys, Salesforce, and Sogedes. Markus combines an understanding of technology with practical approaches and attaches particular importance to communicating complex topics in an understandable and tangible way in order to effectively support digital transformations.
