Maria Général is a Senior Account Executive at Genesys and has been supporting companies in German-speaking countries on their journey to excellent customer service for over eight years. At Genesys, she primarily supports customers from the retail and media sector, having previously worked in solution sales at CDATA, Five9 and Genesys with customers from a wide range of industries.

With her French-German background, she combines cultural diversity, empathy and technological expertise. Her experience as Customer Care Manager DACH at a leading e-commerce company has given her first-hand knowledge of her customers' day-to-day business.
