Jean-Philipp Helmig is Project Leader in the Customer Service business unit at novomind AG in Hamburg. After his career in an international management consultancy, he headed the digitalization unit in customer management at comdirect. There, he and his team were responsible for automating customer interactions and digitalizing processes. Since November 2021, Jean-Philipp has been supporting our clients in the implementation, expansion, and optimization of novomind iAGENT. He places a strong focus on automation and works closely with the novomind iAGENT product management team.
