Daniela Laic has been with Steinbach International for five years and is responsible for the PPM – Product, Price and Marketing division. In this role, she oversees product development, product management, and marketing. Her team accompanies the customer journey – from the initial idea through development, market launch, and marketing to after-sales service – always with the goal of ensuring that customers have the best possible experience at every stage. The seasonal business, in particular, presents major challenges: strong demand peaks, high expectations, and service requirements within a short time demand robust processes and flexible structures. Nevertheless, her daily goal is to inspire customers both during and outside of peak season with reliable service, smart products, and positive experiences.
