Christian Filipcic has been dealing with the challenges of good customer service since 2010, and has been working worldwide in Inside Sales at the Hoffmann Group since 2019. The aim here is to make it as easy as possible for B2B customers to deal with the Hoffmann Group. Many functions that previously could only be solved in direct contact with the customer service representative are now digitalised as self-service. Via a newly established chat & WhatsApp channel, customer advice can be provided at a completely new level. Before 2010, Christian Filipcic worked in IT and management consulting.
