Onno is currently the Head of Sales Steering in the private customer segment and previously worked for many years as the operational leader in Sales & Service at Telekom Deutschland. Among other responsibilities, he oversaw the transition of the mobile service from a nationwide and traditionally work-divided service approach to regional service center structures where cross-functional teams took responsibility for resolving customer issues in their respective regions.
