In his view, by creating the base of digitalization, tools can be used more widely and bundled, which enables the first step towards relief by focusing on expansion of digitalization structure. Through his previous experiences in digitalization at low-margin areas, costs could be optimized and food waste minimized by using AI (e.g. picture recognition).
