Anna Jucikas is responsible for the holistic management of the customer service chatbot "Miley" as a Manager Customer Care at MILES. Her responsibilities range from developing the product strategy to finding suitable software, launching, continuous improvement, reporting, and steering critical KPIs. In addition to her practical experience, she also has extensive theoretical expertise, which she acquired during her Master's degree with a focus on language technologies resp. chatbots. In this context, she has intensively studied chatbots in a research context.
