As Head of Department Customer and Sales Service Center Operations, Benjamin Maul manages NÜRNBERGER's telephone customer and sales service and is responsible for the associated processes in both operational and strategic terms. His main focus is on the introduction and support of excellent customer service with the focus on accessibility, case closure and empathy. In doing so, he relies on efficient networking of technical support, complaint management and internal training and further education in order to create a positive and, above all, successful contact experience for the concerns of customers and sales partners.
