Thomas Blättler is Head of Customer Service at Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland) Ltd and EMEA-LATAM sponsor for the accelerated introduction of the digital services portfolio. He looks at the topic of digitalisation in customer service from a B2B perspective. Together with the customers (diagnostic hospital/private laboratories), integrated solutions from HW & SW products are developed, installed, trained and later maintained and repaired. In addition, customers are advised on how they can operate their laboratories even more efficiently and effectively end-to-end across Roche solutions. Every solution is different, even if it consists of global products. The increasing digitalisation of customer service is helping Roche to continue to support customers to their utmost satisfaction in the future.
