Sylwia Bischof is Head of Customer Service DTC at Zattoo, where she and her team ensure that users enjoy an outstanding streaming experience. With 18 years of experience in customer service, she has held various roles and contributed her expertise to building and continuously developing service strategies. For more than 11 years, she has been shaping customer service at Zattoo, always with the goal of making the customer journey simpler, more efficient, and more personal. 

Together with her team, Sylwia is responsible for the entire service experience: from modern self-service tools and personal support to the systematic analysis of user feedback. She increasingly leverages AI-driven solutions, such as automating recurring processes or enhancing smart help systems. In doing so, she combines empathy and extensive service expertise with innovative technologies to meet the needs of the Zattoo community quickly and sustainably.
