As Head of Customer Service DTC, Sylwia Bischof is responsible for customer service at Zattoo. In total, Sylwia has been working in customer service for 15 years and has held various roles in the field along the way. For already 10 years, Sylwia has been passionately working with Customer Service team to ensure that Zattoo users enjoy the best streaming experience possible. With her team, Sylwia takes responsibility for the entire customer service experience - handling everything from self-service tools to managing customer support and gathering insights to improve the customer journey.
