Since 2020, Ronny Rodschinka has been responsible for DACH & High Growth Markets at Kellanova, formerly Kellogg as Senior Customer Integration Manager. In his role he is taking care with his teams around Supply chain-relevant topics in collaboration with its customers, yet the Customer Service team operating particularly around ‘Order-to-Delivery’ questions. Four regions with a total of 31 countries are supported from Hamburg. Increasing the level of automation and expanding EDI solutions, as well as the use of additional external partner connections, play an important role. Ronny Rodschinka has more than 20 years of experience in the Customer Service & Logistics sector, which he gained at Colgate- Palmolive and Char-Broil, among others.
