As the Vice President of Customer Success at Thermondo, Antonius Michielsen leads the customer-facing operations and services of the company, which offers innovative heating solutions in Germany. He has been with Thermondo since September 2021 and has a wealth of cross-industry experience in customer experience operations, service excellence, and authentic leadership. Antonius is skilled in building and developing high-performing teams, creating and executing impactful and scalable solutions, and fostering client relationships and business development. He has held various senior positions for companies such as Trade Republic, Berlin Brands Group, hungryhouse, and Teleperformance. He has also handled international accounts and projects for clients such as Airbnb, Canon, and Microsoft. Antonius studied psychology at the Open Universiteit Nederland to support his passion for human behaviour. He speaks English, German, Dutch, and French fluently. He is based in Berlin, Germany and is driven by customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
